Lending Policies

The following lending policies and charges are effective as of May 2006

All Books

New books may be borrowed for two weeks.
Books in regular circulation may be borrowed for three weeks and may be renewed twice unless they have been reserved.
Fines for all overdue books are 10 cents a day, with a maximum fine for any one overdue book of $3. Lost books must be replaced at cost to the library.

Videos/DVDs

Most videos and dvds in the Library's permanent collection may be borrowed for one week. New and in demand titles, and titles in the rotating collection may be borrowed for two days.
Fines for an overdue video are $2 a day. The maximum fine is $10. Lost videos and dvds must be replaced at cost to the library.

Audio Tapes & Compact Discs

Audio tapes and cds may be borrowed for two weeks.
Fines for overdue audios are 10 cents a day, with a maximum fine for any one overdue audio of $3. Lost audios must replaced at cost to the library.

Other Items

Music cds and back issues of magazines may circulate for 3 weeks. Overdue fines for these items are 10 cents a day with a maximum fine for any one item of $3. Lost cds and magazines must be replaced at cost to the library.

Other Services

Fax service is available at $1.00 a page for outgoing pages and $0.50 a page for incoming pages.
Photo copies are 25 cents each.
The first five pages of computer printout are free. Additional pages are 25 cents each.
